There is something mystical and magical about mushrooms, weaving their way through the undergrowth, decomposing matter and recycling nutrients to build healthy soils where plants and animals can flourish.
Their fine-lined textured beauty reminds me of doodling too. And how that also helps us build a healthy creative habit, so that our well-being may flourish.
Put the ease back into your creation time for maximum benefit to your well-being, with my beautiful mushroom design templates, where you mix and match 25 new doodles as well as any other doodles you may already know, to create a multitude of new and unique designs. Unique because no one else's creative thinking matches yours.

Each project has its own guide sheet showing you what doodles are possible to create.
Have this handy on your desk to glance at for inspiration as you're doodling in the project.

See how to create each doodle in the guide sheet in the how-to videos that come with each project.
These videos play at a decent speed, not too slow and not too fast, so as to optimise your learning.
I create my doodles in these video within circle shapes. You can follow along as I go, or you can create in any shape you like. You can even create whole pages of each doodle. The more you practice, the better you get 😉.
Use the doodles from the guide sheets and that you have been practicing in the how-to videos to complete a project.
Certain projects involve making very useful things like doodled bookmarks.
The projects come to you with downloadable templates so you can start doodling right away.
The doodles in Project One for example, have been carefully selected for beginner doodlers, to ease you into the process.
The doodles will get more complex the more projects you do.

BONUS TIP: I love to play some relaxing music softly in the background as I doodle. This helps me find even more calm & flow.
All you need is a pen & journal (a dot journal is perfect - I live in Australia and get mine from Kmart/Officeworks). But copy paper will work just fine too.
